Description:
Community social service agency needs RN to work with consumers in a Mass Health Program called Group Adult Foster Care(GAFC). Bilingual English/Russian speaking preferred. Conduct in home assessments and provide ongoing support to elders and individuals with disabilities. Divide your time between home visits and documentation case conferences and team meetings. No Nights, No Weekends, No Beepers
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field from accredited college, Valid Massachusetts Nursing License and minimum of 2 years working with seniors and or individuals with disabilities; preferably in a community setting. Must have strong computer skills and should be comfortable using a laptop or PDA in the field. Personal transportation necessary.
English/Russian speaking preferred.
