Description:

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Director will oversee the implementation of EFCA programs for southern Kyrgyzstan, including monitoring and internal evaluation of projects and preparation of donor reports.  The Director acts as EFCA’S representative in Southern Kyrgyzstan, liaising with donors and other external partners.

Duties ·Manage existing office of a staff of seven ·Ensure compliance with EFCA values and polices and cooperation with other EFCA departments ·Following training and a successful evaluation by EFCA’s CFO and President, maintains contracting authority to $10,000. ·Performs other tasks consistent with the mission, values and strategic objectives of EFCA.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field

Experience working in international development organizations

Experience or educational background in conflict and youth programming

Excellent English language skills, Russian and local language ability highly desired.

Strong communications skills, personal initiative, and an ability to work in teams
