Description:
IREX seeks a program manager for its Education Programs Division programs in Russia. Candidates should have three years progressive work experience. This position is responsbile for promoting IREX Russia programs and activities to a wide audience, including the public and other program stakeholders, through writing annual reports, program promotional materials, and program success stories.


Qualifications:

* Experience with and interest in basic and higher education development, youth programs and international training programs;
* Knowledge of and experience with project design, proposal development, grant management, and financial management;
* Excellent business writing skills;
* Experience writing promotional materials and reports, strong editing skills;
* Ability and willingness to travel extensively;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Supervisory skills, preferred;
* Proficiency in Russian; and
* Experience living and working in Eurasia, preferred.
