Description:
The Administrative Coordinator (AdCo) for the SPS Program is responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of technical efforts and field activities by coordinating program information and providing logistical support for specific technical activities. He or she is supervised by a Program Support Associate and works with one or more technical managers. The AdCo is responsible for the day-to-day administrative management of activities in specific countries or subprojects, ensuring that tasks are carried through to completion and information disseminated. The AdCo is responsible for working with other staff to facilitate technical assistance and keep field staff or consultants informed of the status of specific field activities as well as broader CPM and MSH issues. The Administrative Coordinator is aware of, and adheres to, MSH’s Procurement procedures in all activities. 

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant experience.
2. English and Russian fluency required.
3. Strong administrative, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
5. Ability to learn complex procedures.
6. Familiarity with protocols associated with setting up field offices. International work experience is a plus.
7. Demonstrated intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software packages.
8. Demonstrated competence to assess priorities and manage a variety of activities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff, clients, and consultants.
10. Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member in a complex and fast paced environment.
